My friends and I were in Ocean City for the weekend and decided to get permanent jewelry at ISH. There were five of us total. We all got bracelets, and one of my friends and I also got anklets.
Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. Within hours of getting our jewelry, my anklet fell off that same night while I was literally just sitting down, and one of my friend’s bracelets came off when she simply stood up from a chair. Neither of us had done anything that should have caused our jewelry to break.
Since it hadn’t even been 24 hours, we went back the next day to have everything repaired. This is where things became even more frustrating. One of my friends was charged a $10 repair fee, but when it was my turn, the employee told me I shouldn’t have to pay because we had just gotten the jewelry the day before. I appreciated not being charged, but it made no sense why my friend had to pay for the exact same issue.
To make matters worse, the very next day my anklet fell off again while I was just sitting down. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in the quality, so instead of going back again, I had it repaired by someone local where I live. Since that repair, I’ve had absolutely no issues.
Now, not even a week later, every single one of us has had our jewelry break at least once. My friends and I have all had permanent jewelry before and have worn pieces for years without them breaking. We’ve never experienced anything like this. The fact that all five of us had issues within days says a lot about the quality. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality and consistency. We left extremely disappointed and would not recommend ISH for permanent jewelry. Unfortunately, none of us will be returning.

Bought a pair of earrings on clearance. Great price and free shipping! But they arrived a bit beat up. I reached out to share my disappointment, but not for a refund. They quickly responded and provided a refund anyway. Wonderful customer service. I know they take pride in their merchandise and listen to their customers. Will definitely order and visit again!

Walked in here yesterday, no greeting at all. Carried around a tee, no help or assistance. No one talked to me. Very rude. Better service at True Value down the street or my Nordstroms!
