Ocean Terrace Apartments

Really good value for the money. Very close to the beach and clean.

It is an older building and there is only one outlet in most rooms so you may want to bring a power strip or an extension cord. The kitchen was missing forks but we picked some up at Walmart for $2 and left them in the unit.

Overall though we loved the place and will likely go back and stay. I love the location and price relative to other OC MD apartments.

The location is prime, a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Front porch is nice. The space is comfortable and reasonably priced. My only complaint was the service. We arrived Wednesday to our tub having a slow drain and the stove not working. We called Thursday and the woman we spoke to was pretty rude. We called Friday and a much nicer woman helped. Our tub was fixed the next day. But not the stove. The plumber did enter without knocking and while we were napping.

This is a solid location. It's literally a block and a half from the beach so, you do not have to walk very far or drive to the beach. The rooms have Central Air, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. It has an iron board, but front desk clerk claimed they do not have irons in any of the rooms...I took a star off because when we arrived, the front door was open, two beds looked like they were used, and there was dirty dishes in the sink, which looked like it was breakfast food eaten...They were able to give us another room immediately, but it took the room about 5 hours to go from 85 degrees to 72 degrees. Asides from that, it was a great experience. Front desk does not get to work until around 10am, so if you have any concerns, you will have to wait for them.
