Ropewalk Ocean City

Just left here a few hours ago.Made it in at the top of dinner service.My servers were awesome (we had two or three) We ordered the crab cake egg rollsas entree..My inner spirit told me to get to the seared Ahi or the fried green tomatoes with crab meat sounded Yummy! But I went with my husband's choice and his choice was the egg rolls.Well they were a bit tough. Pre done before dinner service not fresh. I ordered oysters and they were fantastic! I literally ordered crabs everywhere! I decided to order the shrimp cooked with red onions and corn as a side.I viewed the crab buckets moving around and for me the portions appeared minimal. Shrimp and red onions were delicious! Corn is corn as long as it isnt tough! My husband was extremely pleased with his shrimp scampi he raved about the rice included. It was really good extremely favorable! Lastly drinks are pretty good here.I left with a bit of a buzz.The bar and your server will be helpful in offering suggestions. The rope mule was extremely entertaining! I would like to add if you're traveling with children there is a play area outside and seating near.I wasn't super impressed with my food but would visit again with family just because of the thoughts in terms of the kids.

First time in OCMD - visiting from New Jersey.
Let me start with this, from what we (as a family) tried overall, this was BY FAR, the favorite of us all!
The whole place has a good vibe and a great ambiance indoor and specially outdoor, not even the “stormy weather” stopped the good vibes or the crowd whatsoever, pretty full inside and outside when we arrived (still got sat down in minutes, pretty amazing).
Big tables with space for us and all the amazing food and servers/bussers were almost always back and forth, even though we didn’t always have our server closer, someone with help as well.
We ordered sodas for the kids and 2 cocktails for the adults, their crush cocktail with orange and pineapple was perfect and very well balanced!
For the food, MY OH MY, we’ve been craving the steamers for a while now and let me tell you, this place lived up to expectations! The mixed seafood steamer (with the crabs and shrimp, etc) was pretty much perfect and the crawfish steamer which the wife wanted to try (and I was a little skeptical about) made me swallow my own thoughts, everything was cooked and seasoned TO PERFECTION! As good food people that I am (we all are as a family honestly), I decided I wanted to try one last meal and went for the shrimp (skewer) scampi… never had a sauce as good as this one and the shrimp was not only cooked to perfection, it came with 10 total, which was AMAZING!
Check was little under 200$ with tip already which I think it was pretty awesome as well since we all ate GREAT seafood.
Would recommend this place and would/will definitely go or come back. Best seafood spot ever!

Kid friendly restaurant with a water view! Ordered the Delmarva Burger and Pulled Pork sandwich. The crab dip on top was delicious. Cole slaw on top the pork was delicious as well. Star Spangled Slammer!!! Also made it in time to enjoy some Happy Hour slushies. Would definitely come back.
